CAP 2012

The CAP 2012-2013 articulates the two-year strategy of the humanitarian community to tackle the most urgent humanitarian needs that arise from this protracted crisis. It requests USD 416.7 million to implement 149 relief projects in 2012(17 from local NGOs, 84 from international NGOs and 48 from UN agencies). This CAP has a narrower scope than previous years and focuses on two strategic objectives: enhancing the protective environment including access to services, and tackling food insecurity, targetingthe most vulnerable communities with priority in the Gaza Strip, the Area C of the West Bank, the Seam Zone and East Jerusalem, where the PA has limited or no access.
